Also, please make sure to bring with you your current eyeglasses / sunglasses / reading glasses/ contact lens information, including any contact lens, box, or label for each eye. Our staff will be able to determine the prescription of any eyeglasses you bring to our office which, in turn, will help our doctors make recommendations regarding whether or not a change in glasses prescription may be beneficial towards improving your vision. Additionally, if you wear contact lenses, it would be most helpful if you are able to bring the contact lens box label or contact lens package label so that our team of technicians and doctors will know specifically what contact lenses you have been prescribed in the past.

We participate with most major insurance plans. As participation varies by region, specialty, and physician, we recommend that you contact either our office or your insurance company representative to verify that your insurance plan is accepted.
